1. All codes expire 90 days after the campaign opens redemption. Purchase, issuance, recovered delivery and transfer do not extend this deadline. A wallet can have only one activating or active Foundation Pass at a time.
2. The 365-day term starts at on-chain activation and has 12 periods: the first 11 last 30 days each, and the final period lasts the remaining 35 days. There is no 13th period. Each period is capped at 1,000 USDC with no rollover; standard fees apply after the cap or expiry.
3. Main account, sub-accounts and Open Alpha trading share one quota. Builder fees, liquidation penalties, funding and gas are not waived.
4. Each wallet can buy up to — passes. All sales are final.
5. The first 2,000 passes are Early Bird at — USDC; from pass #2,001 the Standard price is — USDC. The price at order time applies.

Once redeemed, the benefit is permanently bound to the current wallet and cannot be transferred.
